Update - expected litters

Unfortunately the breeding last month between Simon and Spirit's Clementine was apparently not successful.  She showed signs of pregnancy but it must have been a false pregnancy, as no litter ever came.  I apologize for the delay for those that were on the wait list for this litter!
I have kept your names on the wait list and you will remain in line as you were for the next litter born here at our rabbitry.  Spirit's Xena was bred with Spirit's Hawthorne in August and we are hopeful for a litter out of them in about 1 1/2 weeks.

I also bred Spirit's Clementine today to Whitehaven's Mango.  Hopefully they will have a litter late September!

I just wanted to share a pretty photo taken today of Whitehaven's Mango.
He sat so nice for this photo.
He is a fawn colored Mini Lop.  He is 4 1/2 months old.
(He is not for sale.)

A new Mini Lop doe at Whitehaven Woods!

Many thanks to Michele at Spirit's Rabbitry for this beauty!
This is Spirit's Xena.  She is a pedigreed broken chinchilla charlie Mini Lop.
She has had one litter already and is a great Mom.
Since she is a charlie (less than 10% color) she cannot be shown but her siblings have been shown in Michigan and did well.  We plan to breed her sometime this month.  We are hoping she will pass on her nice head, great hindquarters, and sweet temperament to her offspring.
I am thrilled to have her!  I have a fondness for charlies and was smitten with her right away.
